Project Description

Complete new fit out of an existing empty shell space. The project included all new fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm services including below slab sanitary and electrical. Once complete, the space included a waiting room, PSA reception desk, MA station, six exam rooms, lab room, clean room, radiology room, IT closet, supply closet, two public toilet rooms and a staff room with staff toilet.
