Renovation of existing unoccupied single story warehouse for new Artisans Asylum location B which includes various robotics labs, design labs, screen printing, fiber arts and others to support the diverse needs of their members. The project itself included a new roof, new exterior doors and windows, upgrade of the existing electrical and water service, new rooftop equipment and a complete interior fitout.
