Justin Gonsalves
Partner, President
Justin leads the company’s growth, managing finances, human resources, IT, legal, and business development. He looks at opportunities for both vertical and horizontal growth while keeping operations teams focused on project delivery and client service. He pays close attention throughout every project phase, gathering feedback and asking questions, making sure GAGE always exceeds expectations.

Tim loves seeing projects come together. He’s usually the first person people connect with, and his genuine interest in client goals is immediately clear. He’s decisive, supportive, and quickly comes to the table with creative solutions. He makes it his mission to be available and responsive, addressing issues and questions quickly.

John brings his hands-on approach to every project. He looks far beyond immediate challenges and ensures durability, longevity, client needs, and long term maintenance are all considered in the approach. Assessing the full picture allows for the most proactive approach, and the best result. He challenges his team to do the same, and demonstrates day in and day out that proactive, consistent communication is the key to project success.
