Project Description

Converted 2,600 SF of existing offices into a new glovebox containment suite, mass spectrometer room & lab support space. Construction was done concurrently on both the 2nd & 3rd floor while working adjacent to an active lab. Scope included but was not limited to demo of floors, walls, ceilings, & associated MEP’s & install of new MEP, walls, floors & ceilings per plans & notes.
