Convert 5,000 SF of existing offices into a mass spectrometer room, tissue culture room, pre-PCR room & lab support space. Construction to be done concurrently on both the ground & 2nd floor while working adjacent to an active lab. Scope includes but not limited to demo of floors, walls, ceilings, & associated MEP’s & install of new MEP, walls, floors & ceilings per plans & notes.
