Renovation of an existing building for the construction of a marijuana growing facility and retail space. Facility includes Cultivation Centers (3), Dry Room, Flower Room, Processing Laboratory, Secure Vaults, Waiting Room, Retail Floor, Offices and Employee Breakroom. Equipment includes an emergency generator, Reverse Osmosis System, HAL Hoods, LED Grow and Propagation Lights, Dehumidifiers, Air Curtains, Environmental Control System and CO2 System.
