Replacement of the exterior glazing system of 7 stories along 2 elevations at 8 Story Street in a phased manner to meet owners tenant relocation schedule. Offices were disassembled and partitions/ceilings modified to allow for the installation of new glazing system, then reassembled and finished with materials to match existing finishes.
